The new version octoplant 101.2.0 is available now!

This version offers many exciting new features that will take your octoplant usage to the next level.

octoplant pro hub

Reporting your data has never been so meaningful and precisely tailored to your KPI’s. Thanks to the octoplant pro hub, you can bring your octoplant data together with data from other systems by using its backup and versioning processes. This allows you to ensure for even better transparency across all production processes and facilities. The SaaS solution makes business intelligence available and easy to use for all octoplant customers.

The following advantages are provided by the new octoplant pro hub compared to the previous octoplant hub (formerly automation solution center):

Asset management (Beta)

By using the new octoplant pro hub, you can create an up-to-date asset inventory list at the click of a mouse, giving you a comprehensive overview of your physical equipment, including manufacturer, device type, firmware versions, and much more. This new feature, integrated into octoplant in the first expansion phase, will help you manage your facilities more efficiently.

octoplant Server: Additional device support and editor updates

Numerous new devices, including the SE EcoStruxure Machine Expert, ABB AC 500, Stäubli Robot CS8/CS9 and many more are supported starting with octoplant 101.2.0. Additionally, further editor updates, e.g. for Rockwell Studio 5000 v35, SE EcoStruxure Control Expert v15.3 and many more have been implemented. Important Notice

The highest possible security is provided by octoplant only if you use the latest version. We therefore recommend you install the update now. You will find the current version of octoplant in your customer area at my.auvesy-mdt.com.

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the server and BackupClient are only executable on 64-bit operating systems (newer than Win 7) from the new version onwards.
